All preorder sales are final. Because preorder items are produced specifically for each release, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong color.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at southernshelloutfitters@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
